The competition “Journey to Conquer Lark Island” is a three-stage voyage full of excitement, where every member plays the role of a sailor, collectively building OSP’s very own knowledge map:
- 1️⃣ Starting Point – Understanding one another and building the unit’s Wiki foundation.
- 2️⃣ Challenge Station – Hunting for “gems” through mini-games and missions.
- 3️⃣ Achievement Station – Honoring shining teams and unlocking the treasure chest.
Starting Point Station – The First Milestone
The Lark Island Journey officially set sail at the OSP Pantry with the Starting Point Station, where 8 teams representing different Divisions/Departments delivered well-prepared presentations. Each presentation highlighted their unit’s history, mission and vision, organizational structure, key activities, proud achievements, current team, and useful work resources.
Every presentation was a unique story, encapsulating pride and connection. These sharings not only helped members gain a deeper understanding of their own units, but also contributed to building a shared knowledge map – the departmental Wiki on the Lark platform, which will serve as a guiding compass accompanying OSP on the road ahead.
The stage at Starting Point Station truly came alive with meticulous preparation, unique ideas, and emotionally engaging presentations. The atmosphere of excitement, resounding applause, and the anticipation of results blended together, painting a vibrant picture of teamwork, creativity, and determination to conquer.
The Tense Moment – Q&A with the Judges
Beyond the presentations, each team stepped into the direct Q&A round with the Judges. Probing questions on development strategies, core values, and practical application of the Wiki challenged the participants’ confidence, adaptability, and teamwork.
Quick-witted answers, confident gazes, and waves of applause turned the Q&A session into a highlight of the event — where tension and excitement fused to create a truly dynamic atmosphere.
Summary – Results Announcement
After all teams completed their presentations and Q&A sessions, the Judges delivered objective evaluations, recognizing the thorough preparation, creative spirit, and strong teamwork demonstrated by each team.
At the same time, the Secretariat carefully consolidated the scores, based on multiple criteria such as content quality, presentation style, creativity, and team collaboration. The atmosphere in the hall grew more suspenseful than ever, as everyone eagerly awaited the final announcement.
Recognition of Excellence – Outstanding Sailors
After intense rounds of competition filled with effort and emotion, the most anticipated moment finally arrived: the Organizing Committee announced the results of the Starting Point Station. The hall grew silent, with every gaze fixed on the stage, waiting to hear their team’s name called.
And at last, the most outstanding faces were honored:
🥇Human Resources & Administration Department – First Prize, valued at 4,000,000 VND, along with a certificate of recognition from the Organizing Committee.
🥈Customer Care Department – Second Prize, valued at 2,000,000 VND, along with a certificate of recognition from the Organizing Committee.
🥉iUCHI Company – Third Prize, valued at 1,000,000 VND, along with a certificate of recognition from the Organizing Committee
